  1. Deploy the google-apps-script.js to Google Apps Script (Extensions → Apps Script in your Sheet).
  2. Set Execute as: Me, Who has access: Anyone, then copy the Web App URL.
  3. Paste the URL below and click Save URL. This syncs everything — staff, services, and all bills.
  4. Optional (Recommended): Also paste the URL in app.js → GLOBAL_CONFIG.webhookUrl so it works on every device without any setup.
